Nicki Minaj

Onika Tanya Maraj (born December 8, 1984, age 27 years), better known by his stage name Nicki Minaj, is American rapper and singer-songwriter. In August 2009, Minaj signed to Young Money Entertainment with distribution from Universal Motown

Early Life

Minaj born parents who came from descendants of Indo and Afro Trinidad. He lives in Trinidad with her grandmother until the age of five when he moved to Queens New York City area. According Minaj, her father was drinking alcohol, taking drugs, and once tried to kill his mother by making her house on fire. Junior High School 210 Elizabeth Blackwell attended and graduated from La Guardia High School. At LaGuardia, a school specializing in music and visual and performing arts, Minaj participated in the drama program. She has worked at a Red Lobster restaurant in the Bronx. his birth is disputed, with some sources claiming Queens, New York, and some of Trinidad.
